Interstate Telehealth & Virtual Therapy Services

Cognitive Behavioral Counseling and Dr. Berman have been granted the Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) through PSYPACT. PSYPACT is currently active in 42 participating states. 42 states. PSYPACT allows Cognitive Behavioral Counseling and Dr. Berman to provide cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) services through telepsychology, telehealth, teletherapy, and virtual therapy in the following states and districts:
