Interstate Telehealth & Virtual Therapy Services

Cognitive Behavioral Counseling and Dr. Berman have been granted the Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) through PSYPACT. PSYPACT legislation has passed in 21 states thus far and has pending legislation in 11 additional states. PSYPACT allows Cognitive Behavioral Counseling and Dr. Berman to provide cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) services through telepsychology, telehealth, teletherapy, and virtual therapy in the following states and districts:
